Cancellation policy

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without providing a reason.

The cancellation period amounts to fourteen days,

in the case of individual orders from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
in the case of subscription orders (continuous delivery agreement over a fixed period) from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took or has taken possession of the first goods.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us,

of your decision to cancel this contract by sending us a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax or email). Feel free to use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory. It is sufficient to send the notification that you are exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires in order to comply with the cancellation period.

Implication of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs that arise because you have chosen a type of delivery that differs from the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), will be refunded without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day that we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. We shall use the same payment method for this repayment as you initially used for the original transaction, except where explicitly agreed otherwise with you; Reico shall not charge you any fees for such repayment.

You are obliged to immediately return or hand over the goods to Reico and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met once you dispatch the goods prior to the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
