Refund Conditions

  • Refunds are available for unopened products in their original condition.
  • The refund request must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  • Exclusions from refunds:
    • Tickets for events.
    • Personal care products (for hygiene reasons).
  • Returns within 14 days are free of charge, provided that a withdrawal request is submitted to us in advance.

Returns

After confirmation of the withdrawal, returns can be made free of charge. Please send the products to the following address:

  • Without prior contact and approval for the withdrawal, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Processing and Refund

  • Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing may take up to 7 business days.
